**Position Title** Tactical Combat Training System (TCTS) Operations Lead

**Job Summary**

Manages Key West Tactical Training Range (KWTTR) operations and maintenance functions in accordance with contract requirements. Directs the work of all contractor KWTTR mission operations support personnel. Oversees mission support from mission start-up through live operational support to post-mission debrief and evaluation.

Establishes and implements technical and administrative controls for contractor range support in accordance with contract requirements. Responsible for quality of contractor range functions, to include operations, maintenance, scheduling, corrosion control, technical library, security, transportation, training, safety, supply, quality assurance, configuration management, facility services, engineering integration, and documentation. May also be responsible for equipment overhaul. Supports the Configuration Management program. Complies with contract requirements and takes action when necessary to correct deficiencies.

Supports NSWC users and support groups in conducting live missions, which includes assistance with Tactical Combat Training System, Tactical Data Link and voice communication functions and their implementation. May assist with Information Technology duties.

**Minimum Requirements**

High school graduate or equivalent with advanced computer technology training.

Five years' computer technology experience.

Three years' experience with the Tactical Combat Training System or similar military aviator training system.

Three years' management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

May be required to maintain current COMSEC certification.

Must possess a valid state Driver's License.

Must maintain current CPR/First Aid certification. (within 6 months of hire date)

Ability to speak, read, and write English

Must possess and maintain an active DoD Security clearance

**Preferred Qualifications**

AS in Computer Science or equivalent.

Military background

Local candidates preferred.
